Yoga for Kids at Fox Dog Yoga in East Islip is open for ages 4-11.
In this 45 minute class, kids are introduced to the basic concepts of mindfulness and will be encouraged to explore the connection between their minds, bodies, and breath. We'll play games, read books, and move through fun, new poses and flows. Classes are light-hearted and adapted to meet the kids where they're at. All are welcome!
